There is an expression "boiling a frog." This means if tyou put a frog into a pot of cold water and turn on the burner, as long at the tempeture rises slowly, the frog will not jump out and allow itself to be boiled. This seems to be the case in America today. We took Christ out of our homes and replaced Him with psychologist.We took Christ out of schools and replaced Him with evolution. We took Christ out of business and replaced Him with equal opportunity employment. We took Christ out of government and replaced Him with universalism. We have taken Christ out of our lives so slowly, we are like Samson and don't even realize we are doing what is right in our own eyes, instead of doing what is right in the eyes of the Lord.
I am Jonah crying out to a city: Cry against the city for its wickedness has come up before Me.
I am Ezekiel: Sounding the trumpet warning the sword is coming. Repent and turn from all your transgressions; so inequity shall not be your ruin.
I am reminding what God said to Solomon: If my people would humble themselves, pray, seek My face and turn from their wicked ways ten I wll heal their land.
I am Solomon reminding: Righteousness exalteth a nation; but sin is a reproach to any people.
I am Moses: If we provoke God to anger through doing evil in His sight, we will be destroyed.
I am David crying: Blesed is the nation whose God is Adonai.
I am Isaiah crying out: Ah, sinful nation, a people laden with inequity, a seed of evil doers, children that are corrupt; we have forsaken the Lord, we have provoked Him to anger, we have gone backwards.
I am Jeremiah crying out: This nation that obeys not the voice of the Lord their God, neither do they receive correction, truth is perished and cut off from their mouths.
I am Daniel telling you why: We did not make our prayer before the Lord our God, that we might turn from our inequity and understand thy truth.
I am John the baptist: Repent for the kingdom of God is at hand. Bear fruit keeping for repentance.
I am reminding what Jesus said: Repent for the kingdom of God is at hand...Unless you like wise repent you will perish.
Peter told others: Repent and be converted tha your sins may be blotted out.
Paul declared: God in times past overlooked times of ingnorance but commands all men to repent.
Will it be reincarnation? Or maybe just in the ground? Will it be heaven? Will it be hell?
The Bible says that you either will go to heaven or hell. You can know for sure which place you are going by starting with the Ten Commandments.
Have you ever told a lie (no matter how big or small)?
Have you ever stolen anything (the value does not matter)?
Have you ever looked at someone with lust (the Bible says that is adultery)?
Have you ever hated someone (without cause)?
Have you said the Lord's namein vain?
If you answered yes to these question, then by your own admission you are a lying,
thieving, adulterous, blapheming, murderer at heart. If youwould die in your sins, you will go to hell because God is good and just. No liar, theif, adulterer, murder, blasphemer, etc. can enter kingdom of heaven. You broke God's law and deserve hell as a law breaker. This is awful news and the Gospel is good news. God love you so much that He sent His Son, Jesus (Yeshua means salvation) to die on a cross to pay the penalty for sin for YOU. Jesus paid the fine for you. God's wrath fell upon Jesus, so it does not have to fall upon you. You don' deserve God's grace, but you can receive it as a gift, by faith. If you humble yourself and REPENT of your sins, put all your FAITH in Jesus Christ alone, He will grant you eternal life. God will change you from the inside out and make you "born again." He will give a new heart and desire to walk in His ways.
So why not make your decision today? Repent and put your Faith in Jesus. Read your Bible everyday and do what is says.
