About one eighty ministries
one eighty ministries started with the name Heaven or Hell Street Ministries. This ministry began in the drug communities of Gainseville, GA. God told us to go into the darkness and be a light and that is what we have set our path to do. In 2001 God called us to New Orleans. We changed our name to Faith Worship Center and Outreach. We joined with Jesus Miracle power in New Orleans and again went into the darkness of Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, and lived in the innercity drug community, to bring the glorious light of Christ. It was during a church plant in Avon Park, FL. where the name one eighty came. Co-pastor Scott Waldron came up with this name and it made sense. Many people say they love Jesus, yet only walk a crooked or weaving path. Others only "try" Jesus and end up back where they started (a 360). True repentance is a total abandoment to your life and turning away from who and what you are to take the identity of Christ upon your life (a one eighty).

Ronald and Beth were called into full-time ministry in 1999 when a baby was found dead in a friend's yard. This friend lived in a drug community in Gainsville, GA. After telling his pastor he was called to preach, Robbie Coleman gave him a sound system and said "Go Preach!" There lives have not been the same since.
Ronald and Beth have been involved with the highway and hedges ministry ever since. They spent 2 years being discipled under Robbie and Tommy Coleman of Cornerstone Assembly of God before going to Bible college. They spent 2 years in Pensacola at Brownsville Revival School of Ministry, where they were discipled by David and Kimar Gartmen in the area of street evangelism. From there they spent 1 year in New Orleans as full-time missionaries working with Jesus Miracle Power. Ronald's health failed him and they went to Avon Park FL to get medical attention. During their 3 year stay, Ronald co-pastored a church plant, planted home group meetings, street preached and organized mass outreaches. They now reside in Cartersville GA were they opperated a youth ministry, partnered with a local food bank and thrift store, disciple in home group settings and continue to do outreach as the Lord enables.
Ronald and Beth have always been bi-vocational so all that came into the ministry could be put back into the community and evangelism. Ronald has received his BA in ministry through Master Divinity School International and is enrolled in nursing school where he has a May 2013 graduation planned. Though they both are back in the secular arena, they continue to build home groups, evangelize and spread the Gospel. They are now attending a Messianic congregation where they are studying the importance of the Torah to the faith in Messiah.
